To whomever finds my small corner of the internet, I just want to let you know that I’ve decided to shut this place down. My blog is no more, but I have lived on. I hope you weren’t directed here in some attempt to find a poem or a blog post linked to by someone who thought it would offer you support.

Eat Lesbians was a journal and a poetry blog written by me, Josh Copogen. I am now 25 years old and reside in Minneapolis, MN. I have a wonderful partner whom I have been in love with for 3 years.

My only dream for this website that mattered was to show everyone that finds my blog who is having a hard time coping with life—whether because they are gay or lesbian, just plain weird, don’t fit in, or different from the rest—that those people are the ones who matter most. You are the people that make my world exciting. I want you to know and I promise you that it gets better.

It is my dearest hope that no matter matter matter why you are find it.

I have faith in you, and I love you.

Josh XO
